Property Inspection

Checklist

Property will be inspected at the start of the tenancy using TENANTZU inspection list. 

​

Where required, we will arrange for a bi-annual inspection of the property. We will maintain an issue log to facilitate landlord in forming an opinion on a complaint, which could arise due to routine wear and tear, or otherwise.

​

From inventory listing check, inspecting the condition of property, and review of Property Repair & Maintenance (PRM) log book, we will help you determine whether the security deposits is sufficient to cover any repair or painting work required. 

​

There are several activities that is required to get a property tenant-ready for viewing. Property needs to be cleaned before handover. At the end of the contract, the property should be return in its "As-Is" condition. A clause in the contract on "cleaning expense" will also protect landlord of any excessive cleaning requirement at the end of the tenancy.
