We are a community of owners who started off managing properties individually. As we scale and share experiences over the years, we came to observe that most of our problems are common in nature, and saw the benefit in pooling resources and knowledge together, and that was how TENANTZU started. We are committed to continue expanding this community so as to improve the overall tenant management process. We aim to create greater cost transparency and share these information with you.

With more than 15 years of tenant management experience, circa 30 existing properties under management, covering both residential and commercial units in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, we are equipped with the knowledge and network of agents to screen and secure tenants, contractors whom we screen, house inspections and cleaning post tenancy for the property to be "tenant-ready". We keep good working relationships with management offices so as to keep abreast with concerns affecting owners and residents of the building.
