We are a community of owners who started off managing properties individually. As we scale and share experiences over the years, we came to observe that most of our problems are common in nature, and saw the benefit in pooling resources and knowledge together, and that was how TENANTZU started. We are committed to continue expanding this community so as to improve the overall tenant management process. We aim to create greater cost transparency and share these information with you.

With more than 15 years of tenant management experience, circa 30 existing properties under management, covering both residential and commercial units in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, we are equipped with the knowledge and network of agents to screen and secure tenants, contractors whom we screen for quality and reliability, property inspection to determine its condition, and finally making sure that the property is "tenant-ready". We keep good working relationships with management offices so as to keep abreast with concerns affecting owners and residents of the building. We are present on-site in your absence.

What do we offer?

We have designed the fee structure so as to provide flexibility of services for you to choose from. The tenancy management process can be broken down into 3 parts - PRE, DURING and POST-tenancy and you can decide when you require our services. Our activities are broken down to Advertising, Tenant First Contact Point, Property Inspection, Property Repair & Maintenance, Paper work, and Financial Administration. Please follow this link for more details.

We tap into our existing resources screened from own experiences managing properties. We learnt from trial and error and we do not want you to face the same problem we had when we started out 15 years ago managing our own properties.

Our managers are seasoned in this field, represents owner in Joint Management Bodies who is privy to problems faced by residents and aware of the law affecting residents in stratified properties.
