We can source from 3rd party service providers and provide quotations for comparison. Once agreed, we will manage the work completion and provide you with the report if you choose for us to help.
We will maintain the Property Repair & Maintenance (PRM) logbook on behalf of clients as a source of evidence at the end of the tenancy.

Our service provider's database include price list of various services which are commonly requested by our clients. We establish an internal rating of our contractors based on feedback received by landlord or tenant. Reliability and quality of services are important metrics we keep track on.

We are able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Cantonese therefore putting us in a position to access a wider source of 3rd party service providers who are able to provide services in local areas.
